The personal data introduced in the booking systems of third-party tour providers is not processed by Welcome to Seville. The controller of that data is the corresponding provider, who will identify itself to the user at the time of booking and in the booking confirmation email.

Welcome to Seville collects personal data in the following ways:
1. Contact form. Through the contact form (managed with the Contact Form 7 plugin), we collect the name, email address and the content of the message. This data is used solely to respond to the queries and information requests sent by the user. The controller of this data is Eduardo Ballesteros Santa María.
2. Free PDF travel guide download form. To send the free travel guide and, where applicable, related communications, we collect the name, email address, preferred language and intended travel date. This data is used to: (a) deliver the requested PDF guide; and (b) if the user consents, send commercial communications by email about tours, activities and tourist information that may be of interest. The user may unsubscribe from these communications at any time, free of charge, through the unsubscribe link included in every email. The controller of this data is Eduardo Ballesteros Santa María.
These email communications are managed through the platform Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), whose servers are located within the European Union, acting as data processor under the corresponding data processing agreement.
3. Bookings of tours and activities (third-party providers). The personal and payment data necessary to book a tour, activity or excursion are collected through the booking systems of third-party providers, embedded on this website by means of a widget. This data is the sole responsibility of the corresponding provider, not of Welcome to Seville. Welcome to Seville does not store, manage or have access to this data. To exercise any right or make any claim regarding booking data, the user must contact the provider, whose identity and contact details are provided at the time of booking and in the confirmation email.

Marketing data (PDF guide subscribers) will be kept until the user withdraws consent or requests its deletion. The data collected by Welcome to Seville is processed through Brevo (email marketing), whose servers are located within the European Union, and Google Analytics (browsing statistics).
