You can find the informations regarding to the meeting point and the starting times in the details of each activity. We always recommend to our clients to arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes in advance.

Is it necessary to print the voucher or receipt?

No. You can also show your reservation from your mobile phone, tablet or other digital devices.

Are the vehicles suitable for small children and disabled persons?

Yes, we have appropriate vehicles. All you have to do is call our office and let us know that you need a special type of transport.

How can I see the availability of an activity?

All you have to do is to check if the day you want to book is active in the calendar. You will find it in each activity.

In which languages are the activities available?

Most of our activities are conducted in Spanish, English, Italian and French.

In what language is an activity available in?

The languages in which a specific activity is carried out is always specified in the description. Please check this information on the tour page and select your language in the booking form.

What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?

All our activities are carried out normally throughout the year regardless of the rain. If we have to cancel the activities due to extreme conditions, we will offer you an alternative date or an immediate refund of the payment.

To change a date of a reservation or make a cancellation, please contact our customer service team.

Changes and cancellations do not imply any charge as long as the request is received by our attention department and if you have considered the conditions of cancellation of each activity.
