The activity carried out through this website is the publication of tourist information about Seville and the promotion of activities operated by third parties under affiliate agreements. It is not an activity subject to prior administrative authorisation, and this website is not a travel agency.
The purpose of welcometoseville.com is to provide tourist information about Seville and Andalusia and to present tours, activities and day trips operated by third parties. Welcome to Seville acts as an affiliate: it selects and describes the activities, and gives access to the booking system of the company that operates each one.
Booking any activity is done directly with the operating company, through its own booking system, which is embedded on the activity page. Welcome to Seville is not a party to that contract. It does not process, manage or store the personal or payment details you enter in that system, does not issue the invoice and does not receive the payment.
The operator identifies itself and provides its contact details before you enter your payment details, and again in the confirmation you receive afterwards. Anything to do with the booking, the payment, a change, a cancellation, a refund or the way the activity is run is the responsibility of that operator.
None of this stops us from helping. If something goes wrong we will act on your behalf with the operator as far as we can, because that is the point of booking through a local company. But we do so as an intermediary, not as the party responsible for the service.
The information points listed at the bottom of every page are run by our local partner, the company that operates most of the activities on this website. You can drop in for help with your booking or for tips about the city.
Welcome to Seville is responsible for the content it publishes directly on this website. The descriptions of the activities are written here, based on the information supplied by the operating company, together with the photographs it provides.
We make our best effort to keep that information accurate and current. We cannot guarantee it is free of errors, nor that it reflects every change made by the operator, particularly in matters such as prices, timetables, meeting points and availability, which the operator sets and may change without notice. What the booking system shows you at the moment of booking, and what your confirmation says, always prevails over what this website says.
The same applies to the practical information about Seville (opening times, ticket prices, events), which is published for guidance and should be checked with the official sources before your visit.
