What you agree to by using this website, and the difference between what we sell and what the operators sell.

1. Purpose and acceptance

These terms govern the use of welcometoseville.com, whose owner is identified in the legal notice. By using the website you accept them. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

2. About this website

This is a tourist information website about Seville, run from Seville, which also presents tours, activities and day trips operated by third parties, giving access to their booking systems as an affiliate.

We do not organise, operate or sell those activities, and we are not a travel agency. We may receive a commission for bookings made through the booking systems embedded here, at no extra cost to you: the price is the one set by the operator, and we add no booking fee.

3. Bookings are made with the operator

Booking or paying for any activity happens directly between you and the company that operates it, inside that company’s own booking system, which is embedded on the activity page. As a result:

The contract is between you and the operator, and is governed by the operator’s own terms.
Welcome to Seville is not a party to that contract and does not take part in the payment, the invoice, a change, a cancellation or a refund, nor in the running of the activity.
Prices, availability, timetables, meeting points and conditions are set by the operator and may change without notice.
The operator identifies itself and gives you its contact details before you enter your payment details, and again in your confirmation. Any claim about a booking or about the activity itself must be addressed to the operator.
Cancellations and changes are requested from the operator, using the contact details on your confirmation. If the operator does not reply, or something does not match what we published, write to us and we will take it up with them on your behalf. See cancellations and refunds.

4. The information on this website

We work to keep what we publish accurate, but it is for guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. Where this website and the booking system disagree, the booking system and your confirmation prevail.

5. The Seville travel guide (PDF)

The Seville travel guide in PDF is written and supplied by the owner of this website. Unlike the activities, this is a direct supply by us, and these conditions apply to it:

It is free for anyone who has booked an activity through this website, by entering the booking number in the form on the guide page. Requesting it this way includes accepting occasional emails with travel tips and offers, which you can stop at any time from the link in each email.
It can also be bought on its own for €9.95, taxes included, through the platform Payhip.
It is digital content delivered immediately: the download link appears on screen as soon as you complete the form or the purchase, and is also sent to your email.
Because it is digital content supplied immediately, by requesting or buying it you expressly ask for it to be delivered at once and you acknowledge that, once the download has started, the right of withdrawal is lost, in accordance with Article 103.m of the Spanish consumer protection act (Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
The guide is for your personal use. It may not be republished, shared as a file or resold.
If the download does not work, write to us and we will send it to you by hand.

6. How the website may be used

You agree to use this website lawfully. In particular, not to use it for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage or disable it; not to copy, distribute or commercially exploit its content without authorisation; not to extract its content with automated means without authorisation; and not to introduce anything that could damage its systems.

7. Intellectual property

The texts, design, logo, source code and PDF guide belong to the owner of this website. The activity photographs are published with the authorisation of the company that supplies them. Any use that is not expressly authorised is prohibited.

8. Links and embedded content

This website links to and embeds content from third parties, including booking systems and a reviews widget. Welcome to Seville is not responsible for the content, services or privacy practices of those third parties.

9. Limits of our responsibility

Welcome to Seville is not responsible for the running, the quality or the outcome of the activities operated by third parties, nor for the transactions carried out in their booking systems, nor for damage arising from the website being unavailable or interrupted for reasons beyond our control.

Welcome to Seville is responsible for what it publishes itself, for the guide it supplies and for the personal data it processes, as described in the privacy policy. Nothing here limits the rights that consumer legislation grants you and that cannot be waived.

10. Changes

These terms may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction

Spanish law applies. In the event of a dispute, the parties may go to arbitration or to the ordinary courts, in accordance with the applicable rules on jurisdiction.
