Comfortable items of clothing, such as sport shoes, and a small provision of water for personal use are strongly recommended. Depending on the weather conditions, other complementary items such as a hat, sun cream, or an umbrella may be helpful.

Bring a layer: the cave stays at around 16 °C and is humid. Do not touch the river water at Riotinto (it is acidic). Not recommended for travellers with reduced mobility.

I took the tour to Aracena and the Rio Tinto mines. The trip and activities were spectacular; the route was truly fantastic. But the highlight was our guide, Luismi, who turned out to be one of the best guides I've ever had. He's a very kind and knowledgeable person, and he explained the entire tour in the most interesting way possible. I feel like I learned a ton from this tour.

Sergio was a great guide, nice and can tell a lot about the different places. A bit of a shame is that the program is very concentrated for lunch (Rio Tinto, the mines and castle of Aracena), so we could only have lunch at 15:00. The final visit to the caves is very special. But completely in Spanish, an app with explanations in multiple languages was necessary. The local guide (for the cave) was rather grumpy about the mobile phone (for the app) and the fact that you are not allowed to take pictures.

My husband and I have already participated in the Iberian ham tour. The tour began by visiting the farm where the pigs were raised. They were in excellent care in a beautiful field, cared for with the sensitivity and respect they deserve. In spring, there are no acorns to feed the pigs, but there are beautiful flowers, trees, butterflies, birds, and aromas. Then we went to the factory to learn how the pig meat is processed and then we participated in the tasting. Excellent tour by Jose in Aracena, province of Huelva. Thank you all!

We witnessed great driving including where there were narrow turns with the guide not phased by any of this and continuing his tour in both Spanish (native tongue) and English.  This tour includes areas of outstanding beauty and interest of which the guide was knowledgeable.  As the tour continued I became more accustomed to the pronunciation and googled key words and phrases to help me better understand the tour.
