Pickup from your hotel or accommodation in the city center. If your accommodation is not accessible, you will be picked up at the nearest accessible location. Once the booking is confirmed, the exact time and meeting point must be confirmed via email or phone.

These pickup locations will also serve as the drop-off points at the end of the tour.

What to wear: long trousers and closed shoes with a small heel; sandals are not suitable. Leave loose scarves and dangling bags behind.

Age and weight: the equestrian centre sets its own minimum age and maximum rider weight for the horses’ welfare; if anyone in your party is a young child or close to those limits, please note it in the comments box when booking.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a refund through the same payment method you used, usually within 3 to 10 days.

Most of the activities run smoothly in case of rain or bad weather.

If the weather conditions are extremely bad and the activity is cancelled, you will be contacted by phone or email. In that case, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.

No, prior experience is not necessary. The horses are calm and used to beginners, and the riding centre staff give a short introductory talk and choose a suitable horse for you.
