Seville to Tangier 2 day 1 night trip

Join this two day excursion through the city of Tangier in Morocco. Dive in to its magical ambience and discover its iconic surroundings. In these two days you get really to know the culture, history, colors and flavors of a country as special as Morocco.

Also the trip includes 4* accommodation and a local guide to accompany the group. As if Tangier is not overwhelming enough we will also get the opportunity to visit some of its most remarkable surrounding areas.

 Meeting point and start time: Departure times from Seville may vary between 6:30 am and 8:30 am depending on the departure time of the ferry Tarifa – Cadiz. Once you have selected the day you wish to make your reservation in the booking calendar, you will be able to choose one of the available meeting points. If there are any changes due to ferry schedule changes, we will contact you in advance.

We offer three pick-up points in the center of Seville. You can choose the one you prefer in the booking form:

 The package includes: Private transport to and from in Seville, travel insurance, arrival and return ferry tickets to Tangier from Tarifa, local Moroccan guide, tour of the city center and surrounding areas by private transport. A typical Moroccan lunch is also included, as well as four star hotel accommodations including breakfast. 

 Recommendations: Comfortable items of clothing, such as sport shoes, and a small provision of water for personal use are strongly recommended. Depending on the weather conditions, other complementary items such as a hat, sun cream, or an umbrella may be helpful.

In Tangier most of the shops accept Euros, but some only take Moroccan Dirhams, we recommend you ask your specialized Moroccan guide for the best way to exchange. We also recommend to take Blue Taxis if you want to travel around the city on your own.

 Booking time limit: 24 hours in advance.

 Cancelations:

• Cancellation up to 48 hours before the date of the activity: no charge and 100% refund.
• Between 48 and 24 hours before the start time: 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours, late arrival or no show: no refund will be provided.

You will begin in the early morning, departing by private car around 7 a.m. You will cross the province of Cadiz, passing through the lush landscapes of the Alcornocales Natural Park until you reach Tarifa, located at the gates of the Strait of Gibraltar about 15 kilometres from Africa itself.

In Tarifa you will board the ferry and cross the Strait of Gibraltar to reach the port of Tangier in less than an hour where a local Moroccan guide awaits to accompany you throughout the cosmopolitan city.

Begin by visiting the surroundings of Tangier, making a few stops at the Cave of Hercules, looking out across the coast of the Mediterranean and Atlantic and take some prime photos of Morocco’s icon, the Camel!

Continue through the streets of downtown Tangier, stroll through the Medina, visit the Grand Zoco and let yourself be surprised by its illustrious spells, tastes,and colors all while learning and experiencing the countries rich and unique culture.

Then enjoy the cuisine of Morocco and try the typical Couscous dishes and the popular Tajin spices.

After lunch continue through Tangier and visit the local shops and squares, wander into the many textile and rug shops, or the traditional pharmacies. The roofs of the city offer the best views, so be sure to take advantage.

After visiting the historic center of the city you will be transferred to your hotel where you will be able to enjoy its comforts, including breakfast.

The next morning will be yours to enjoy, where you are free to visit the corners of the city at your own leisure. At about 17:00 (5:00 p.m.) you will be picked up and returned to the ferry where you will make your way back to Tarifa. From there you will be returned to Seville at about 23:00 (11 p.m.) after a trip well spent in Morocco.
