There are several pick-up points available in the centre of Seville; you can select the one closest to your accommodation on the booking form. Once you have selected the pick-up point on the booking form, the exact start time will be displayed.

We recommend that you arrive at the pick-up point at least 10 minutes before the pick-up time.

The pick-up points will be the same as the drop-off points.

This tour is available in English, Spanish, French, or Italian. You will be able to select your language on the booking form.

Food and beverages. During the lunch break, you will be able to taste the local gastronomy in one of the bars or restaurants in the area or enjoy your own meal or picnic if you wish to bring your own food from Seville.

Comfortable items of clothing, such as sport shoes, and a small provision of water for personal use are strongly recommended. Depending on the weather conditions, other complementary items such as a hat, sun cream, or an umbrella may be helpful.

The cost related to the price of the access ticket will not be refundable as they are nominative and non-refundable by the administration of the Alhambra of Granada.

For the rest of the amount:

Cancellation up to 48 hours before the date of the activity: no charge and 100% refund.
Between 48 and 24 hours before the start time: 50% refund.
Less than 24 hours, late arrival or no show: no refund will be provided.

Company vans or buses, which you will share with other travelers who have booked the same trip for the same date.

2. Select the number of travelers according to the different options (adults, students, children…).
3. Select from the available pick-up options (only available for day trips).
4. In the next step, fill in all your details and make the payment to complete the booking.
5. You will immediately receive your confirmation ticket or voucher to your email.

Once you have made your reservation, you will receive a voucher with all the details of your reservation. On this voucher you will see the contact information (phone and email) to which you can contact to cancel the excursion.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive a refund through the same payment method you used, usually within 3 to 10 days.

Most of the activities run smoothly in case of rain or bad weather.

If the weather conditions are extremely bad and the activity is cancelled, you will be contacted by phone or email. In that case, the full amount of the reservation will be refunded.

You can select one of the available languages on the reservation form.

Although it is not usual, on occasion, the activity can be carried out simultaneously in two languages.

The activities, excursions and tours shown on this website, as well as the details, prices, itineraries, etc. are regular group activities, that is, you will share your experience with other travelers.

Yes, it is strictly mandatory. Alhambra tickets are nominative. You must bring the original physical Passport or ID card that you used when making the booking, as the monument staff will check it at the entrance.

The drive from Seville to Granada takes approximately 3 hours each way. You will travel in a comfortable, air-conditioned bus, allowing you to relax and enjoy the beautiful Andalusian landscape.
