The purpose of this Contract is to regulate the Terms and Conditions applicable to the experience booking service through the Welcome to Seville platform (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”).
Welcome to Seville is an online platform dedicated to the publication and booking of experiences of tourist, cultural and leisure interest in the city of Seville.
The ownership of the Platform belongs to Eduardo Ballesteros Santa María with fiscal address at calle Virgen del Valle nº28 4ºB, in Seville, (C.P. 41011) Spain, with NIF. 53276223-N. The e-mail address for contact purposes is email@example.com.
Although Welcome to Seville offers tourist and leisure experiences in general in its Platform, you declare that you understand that these experiences are provided by third parties (“Suppliers”), selected taking into account different criteria of reliability and quality and that Welcome to Seville limits itself to facilitating their publication, promotion and reservation.

In order to book the experiences offered by Welcome to Seville, you must follow the process established in the platform. Specifically, you have to select the experience of your interest, the timetable, the number of participants, etc. and fill in the online booking form with the personal data requested. It is important that you review the information provided and correct any errors before confirming your booking.
If once the reservation has been made, you need to modify any of these details, you must contact Welcome to Seville as soon as possible.
By completing this form, you are indicating that you have read and understood the “description of experience” and accept Welcome to Seville’s Terms and Conditions. We recommend that you pay special attention to the Cancellation Policy before making your reservation.
In addition, you should be aware that experiences may be subject to restrictions (age, weight, etc.) and it is your responsibility to comply with these requirements in order to make a reservation.
Once you have paid for your reservation, it will be processed by Welcome to Seville.
4. Confirmation of reservations
Depending on the experience booked, you can receive confirmation of the same immediately, or within a maximum of 24 hours. The description of each experience indicates the type of confirmation applicable.
Experiences with immediate Confirmation:
Once the payment has been completed, you will receive the confirmation and voucher of your reservation by e-mail.
Experiences that have confirmation within a maximum period of 24 hours:
Welcome to Seville makes every effort to quickly update the availability of experiences. However, Welcome to Seville cannot guarantee the availability of all experiences for all proposed dates. This is why some experiences need to be verified with the experience provider before confirmation can be sent to you. In these cases, you will receive confirmation by email within 24 hours of booking (the average time required also depends on the diligent action of our suppliers).
In the exceptional case that Welcome to Seville cannot confirm your reservation, we will offer you alternative dates or other experiences that may be of interest to you. If you are not satisfied with the options we offer, you will be able to cancel and receive a full refund of the amount you have paid.
There will be no compensation if the chosen experience is not available.
Once we confirm your reservation, you will receive by email a personalized Welcome to Seville voucher, which you must show to the corresponding provider at the time of the experience. Your reservation will be accepted only on presentation of a valid Welcome to Seville voucher.
Welcome to Seville includes 2 types of vouchers:
Printed voucher: It is essential to present a printed copy of your voucher to the provider of the reserved experience.
Electronic voucher: You can show a copy of your voucher on the screen of your electronic devices (mobile, tablet, etc). In this case, the supplier accepts both printed and electronic vouchers.
The provider’s name and contact information will be available on your booking voucher, as well as all the details necessary for your experience. Please note that each experience has a separate voucher.
It is your responsibility to keep the voucher and present it to the provider before the experience begins, along with a valid photo ID. The voucher may be voided if the above is not met.
6. Prices, inclusions and exclusions
The price of the experiences offered by Welcome to Seville includes the V.A.T. and any other tax that may be applicable at the rate in force at the time you book the experience.
The price includes everything detailed in the section “Included” in the description of each experience.
The prices do not include tips or drinks, food or any other service not specifically included in the “Include” section of the description of the experience.
In order to book an experience through the Platform, you must pay the price indicated in the description of each experience at the time of booking.
If you have a Welcome to Seville discount code, this discount will be applied when you enter your code in the corresponding field of your booking data form.
You can pay for your experience with a credit or debit card and via PayPal. We accept the main bank cards in the world, either credit or debit cards (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, American Express, etc) and all cards that are accepted by PayPal.
You will not be charged any fee or commission for processing payments of your reservations with card.
Your payment data (for example, card number, expiration date, among others) will be processed securely through a SSL security protocol, being used only to make the procedure for your purchase or the issuance of refunds in the case of cancellation.
Welcome to Seville does not store your payment details or have access to them, only you and the entities that process the payment securely and reliably will have access to them.
In the event that you do not pay for the reserved experience or revoke the payment, Welcome to Seville will omit any possible claim for the benefits of the service.
If you pay for your booking in a currency other than the euro, your bank or card company may charge fees for converting the payment from your currency to euros, which will result in differences between the amount charged by Welcome to Seville and the final amount that will be charged to your bank account or that will appear on your credit or debit card statement.
8. Modifications and rectifications of reservations
To request modifications or corrections to your reservation, write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org (specifying the reservation number, your name and the date of the experience booked). We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Please note that it is not possible for us to change or modify tickets for a special event, museum, theatre or show. The sales of these tickets are final and cannot be modified once the original reservation has been confirmed.
All other requests for change of date or other modifications will be met, but will not be guaranteed, remaining pending the availability of our suppliers.
9. Cancellations and refunds
If you need to cancel a reserved experience or request a refund, you must do so by sending an email to email@example.com with the reservation number, name and date of the experience or accessing its user panel in the cancellations section.
The cancellation policy of an experience varies according to the terms of the provider who performs the experience. The information of the cancellation policy of each experience is detailed in the description of the experience itself.
However, in the event that there is no specification or obvious error in the cancellation policy, cancellations and refunds will be governed by the following cancellation policy:
If you cancel your reservation:
. Up to 7 days before the start of the booked experience (Madrid local time), you will be refunded 100% of the amount paid.
. Between 6 days and up to 72 hours before the start of the reserved experience (Madrid local time), 50% of the amount paid will be withheld and the other 50% of the amount will be refunded.
. Less than 72 hours before the start of the reserved experience (Madrid local time), 100% of the amount paid will be retained, so you will not be entitled to any refund. These conditions also apply to cases of withdrawal or no-show. Similarly, Welcome to Seville will not make any refund once the experience has begun and it is abandoned for any reason.
The corresponding refund will be made between 24 and 72 hours from the cancellation of the experience in the same payment method with which the reservation was paid, which will be notified to you via email.
Once ordered, refunds made by debit/credit card may take 5-7 business days to appear on your bank account and up to 30 days for some foreign cards. Refunds made through Paypal will be effective in less than 72 hours.
10. Change or Cancellation of an experience by Welcome to Seville and its suppliers
Welcome to Seville suppliers reserve the right to cancel a particular experience without adhering to the established cancellation period if weather conditions, governmental actions, unforeseeable or unavoidable external circumstances endanger or make the exercise of the experience impossible or much more difficult.
In this case, Welcome to Seville will notify you by email of such changes or cancellations and will propose either another date for the completion of the experience or alternative experiences that may be of interest to you.
In the event that it is not possible to set another date or this or other experiences that we propose are not acceptable to you, you will be entitled to a 100% refund of the amount of the reservation, excluding any compensation for damages or other claims.
On occasion, our suppliers make changes in experiences, such as dates, times, prices, inclusions, coverage, age requirements, etc.. As a consequence, Welcome to Seville, on behalf of its suppliers, reserves the right to cancel, change or replace any details of the experiences at any time and for any reason.
Similarly, our suppliers reserve the right to make minor changes to the experience programs if deemed necessary due to unforeseeable or avoidable circumstances, without altering the essence of the same or committing us to make any refund or compensation.
11. Opinion about the experiences
As a user, you will be able to give your opinion about the Experiences you have enjoyed. To do so, you will be sent an e-mail of evaluation, once the experience has been completed.
The opinions will be published on the Platform in the name of the user who has completed the experience or as anonymous in case you do not want the name to appear. However, Welcome to Seville reserves the right not to publish opinions whose content may include the following expressions:
– Discriminatory expressions: In no case will expressions be allowed that go against an individual and that violate the principles of the right to honour, to personal and family privacy, to one’s own image and to the dignity of the person. Any type of discriminatory publication is prohibited, whether for reasons of race, sex, religion, opinion, nationality, disability or any other personal or social circumstance.
– Illegal activities: The contents are not allowed to promote illegal activities or to incorporate obscene or defamatory content.
– Violence: It is expressly forbidden for opinions to contain expressions that promote violence and/or include, without limitation, sexual violence or violence against animals and people.
– Degrading content: Opinions or comments that are intimidating, threatening, degrading or that in any way promote violence against a specific person or group are not permitted.
The providers (companies, agencies, tourist guides, etc.) that provide the experiences offered in this Platform are independent and not agents or employees of Welcome to Seville. Therefore, Welcome to Seville is not responsible for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, negligence or misconduct of any such provider, or for any personal injury, death, property damage or other damages or expenses arising therefrom or arising in any other way from the reservation or use by you of an experience or service.
Welcome to Seville will also not be responsible for any delay, change of itinerary or cancellation of an experience by a provider.
13. Applicable Laws and Competent Jurisdiction.
You accept that the legislation applicable to the operation of these conditions is Spanish law. The Judges and Courts of the city of Seville will be competent to hear any divergences arising from the interpretation or application of this contract.
